Douglas Milch

Douglas Milch is a partner and manager of the firm's complex litigation department. In the past decade Mr. Milch has quietly handled some of the largest personal injury matters in the State of New York.   Whether it's fighting to repair the gaps at MTA railroad stations or halting billion dollar construction projects to ensure workplace safety, Mr. Milch talents in the past few years have resulted in total settlements of over $50 million dollars.

A cum laude graduate of New York Law School, Mr. Milch attended the University of Rochester and obtained a B.A. in history from George Washington University. He is a member of the bar in New York and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
